Look after your Mate (Student Minds) Online
Supporting Each Other Through Uni Life
University can be a rollercoaster and sometimes, the people we care about need a little extra support. If you’ve ever wanted to help a friend who’s struggling but weren’t sure how, this workshop is for you.
Why Attend?
- Learn How to Help: Gain practical tips on how to support a friend who’s experiencing difficulties with their mental health.
- Know What to Say: Build confidence in starting conversations and offering help without feeling overwhelmed.
- Look After Yourself Too: Understand the importance of setting boundaries and looking after your own wellbeing.
- Create a Caring Community: Be part of a student-led movement that values empathy, connection, and support.
Certified by Student Minds, the UK’s student mental health charity, this workshop is open to all students who want to make a difference. A great way to show your commitment to personal development.
