The 500 Word Club

The 500 Word Club In-Person / Online

Welcome to the 500 Word Club!

This is a study session where you can dedicate time to work on your assignments. While it is primarily a self-study session, we are here to provide support if you have any questions. Please note that this is not a traditional taught session.

Our sessions take place weekly on MS Teams and in the Library, starting on Friday, October 13th, 2023.

The 500 Word Club sessions are designed to be hybrid, offering you the flexibility to join us either in person on campus or remotely via MS Teams. Regardless of your chosen mode, all attendees are required to join the 500 Word Club on MS Teams.

If you plan to attend an on-campus session, please know that headsets will be provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. This will allow you to join the online attendees via Teams at the beginning of the workshop and, in case the classroom becomes busy, you can potentially see the online tutor as well.

When you register for a session, you will automatically be enrolled in all sessions for this term. Therefore, there is no need to re-register for each session.

Attendance is not compulsory, but registered attendees will have access to all sessions and the Teams Club.
