Questionnaire design Online

This workshop will look at how a questionnaire can be used to address a research question. We will look at:

  • the pros and cons of a questionnaire;
  • the difference between a “good” and “bad” question;
  • what influences response rates;
  • questionnaire layout;
  • types of responses such as Likert scale;
  • and responding statistical test.

This session will be useful for students who are planning to use a questionnaire in their research project.
