Tips and techniques for building rapport – Amy Murphy & Mohan Mehanger (Learning and Organisational Development Consultants)
Building rapport quickly is an effective customer service tool. The workshop will explore practical techniques that can be drawn on so students feel understood and listened to. During the 60 minute workshop there will be opportunities to discuss situations where building rapport is key, practical activities to identify rapport techniques and tips from the facilitators.
