DMU Resource Lists (Talis Aspire) for Academics In-Person

DMU Resource Lists is a system which facilitates the creation of dynamic module resource lists including content from a wide range of media. This system can provide easy access to resources in a variety of formats forming part of the university’s commitment to University Design for Learning (UDL). According to the threshold for the use of Technologies in the Curriculum developed by CELT, all module lists need to be on the system by the start of the 2017/18 academic year. This session, aimed at module leaders, will provide training on how to use the  system.

This session will be useful if you are new to DMU Resource Lists or if you have started putting your lists on but would like a refresher.

Please note session prerequisites:

  • If you haven’t had an introduction to the system, please watch the 7 minutes video that provides an overview of the system. It is also available from the online guide (on the right hand side of the page)
  • It would also be helpful if you came to the session with a reading/resource list you are currently working on.
