Building self-confidence for presentations and speaking up in class In-Person
In your academic studies, you may be asked to speak up in front of groups of people – perhaps as a presentation for your dissertation, presenting groupwork or contributing to discussions in seminars. This workshop takes a playful and supportive approach to building self-confidence, using group-building activities and ideas from improvised theatre to develop a safe environment for getting (a little) out of our comfort zone.
